By purchasing tickets to any or all events, you, the purchaser, on behalf of himself/herself & all participants and guests for whom passes have been purchased, including helpers & mechanics, do hereby release Cavallino, Inc., Cavallino Events, Inc., Cavallino Comp LLC, Canossa Events, Motorsports Network, The Concours Club, The Breakers, Mar-a-Lago, Flagler System, Inc., Flagler System Management, and all their owners, employees and representatives, from any and all liability arising from the entire event, and do warrant that everyone will abide by the rules & regulations governing the entire event.
By purchasing tickets to any or all events, you, the purchaser, on behalf of himself/herself & all participants and guests for whom passes have been purchased, acknowledge and understand the following:
1. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties;
2. I release the event organizers and other parties described below from any and all liability of any nature that may arise from my attendance at this event;
3. As a condition of admission to Palm Beach Cavallino Classic and all its related events, I understand and acknowledge that because the activities of the event involve the operation of motor vehicles, certain risks are associated with attending the event that could cause injury or death;
4. I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured and require medical attention during my participation in the event. I release and hold harmless the indemnities from any claim based on such treatment or other medical services.
I am 18 years of age or older, have read and understand the terms of this release, understand that by entering the event, I agree to the terms of this release, I understand that I am giving up substantial rights by agreeing to this release, I hereby provide my consent voluntarily and without any inducement or assurance of any nature, oral or written, and intend to hereby provide a complete and unconditional release of known or unknown claims and fully release all indeminities from all liabilities of any kind or nature to the greatest extent allowed by law.
